The maritime cool climate helps the vines develop a fantastic level of acidity. Hand picked grapes and cluster sorting at the winery. Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks. Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels (15% new, 85% neutral) Lively aromas and flavors of red cherries, raspberry, and
